Building Pathways to Opportunity
Economic mobility is built through deliberate investment in the people, organizations, and systems that create genuine pathways to financial stability and long-term opportunity. Serving Our Communities Foundation funds the organizations doing that work in Nevada and Missouri, with a focus on communities where those pathways have historically been the narrowest.
In St. Louis, that means supporting youth entrepreneurship programs that give young people from under-resourced communities real business experience and real skills before they ever enter the workforce. It means investing in community-owned commercial spaces that bring jobs, services, and economic activity back to neighborhoods long defined by disinvestment. It means backing initiatives that open doors for historically disadvantaged entrepreneurs and food producers who have the vision and drive but lack the infrastructure to scale.
In Las Vegas, it means funding organizations that provide adults with developmental disabilities the job training, supported employment, and life skills programming they need to participate fully in the workforce and in their communities.
Serving Our Communities Foundation’s investment in economic mobility is an investment in people’s capacity to build lives of dignity, independence, and possibility.

Intention that Generates Positive Impact in Our Communities
Behind every number is a person with a skill they did not have before, a business that exists because someone believed in it, and a community with more opportunity than it had yesterday.
